Why did the customer contact us?

A customer contacted me looking for a 20-foot car hauler that could handle a low-clearance, lowered vehicle. I explained that all of our car hauler trailers come equipped with extra wood ramps to make loading low vehicles safe and easy. He asked whether there was an additional charge for the ramps, and I let him know they are included at no extra cost. When he returned the trailer, he thanked me and mentioned that the ramps were extremely easy to use and worked perfectly for his needs.
