Are there any additional fees I should be aware of when renting a trailer?
Answer: The rental price includes all necessary equipment. However, late returns will incur additional fees, and there may be charges for excessive cleaning if the trailer is returned in poor condition. All potential fees are clearly outlined in our rental agreement.
How do I reserve a trailer, and what is required at the time of booking?
Answer: You can reserve a trailer by calling our office or booking directly through our website. We require a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a refundable security deposit at the time of booking.

Licensing & Insurance:

Do I need a special license to tow your trailers?
Answer: No special license is required for most rentals, but you will need a valid driver’s license and a vehicle rated to tow the trailer’s weight. You don't want to risk damage to your personal vehicle if it's not built to pull or withstand the weight of our trailers.
What type of hitch do I need for your trailers?
Answer: Our trailers require a 2-5/16" ball hitch. If you don’t have the right setup, we can help you get one before your rental. We have all the necessary equipment and tools for a seamless, worry-free vehicle or other transport.
Can I rent a trailer for out-of-state travel?
Answer: Yes, our trailers can be used for out-of-state travel, but please let us know in advance so we can note it on your rental agreement. It's good to know if our trailers are being taken well outside our local area.
Are your trailers insured?
Answer: Our trailers are covered under our business insurance, but renters must have valid auto insurance that covers towing. It's always good to consult with your auto insurance provider to make sure you have the coverage you need.
